Mineral processing grade Sodium Carboxymethyl Cellulose (CMC-Na) product introduction

2023-11-17

Lude Chem® Mineral Processing Sodium Carboxymethyl Cellulose(CMC) is designed to improve the flotation process by reducing consumption, reducing costs and increasing recovery rates. CMC-Na is used as pellet binder and flotation inhibitor in the mining industry.

1. Lude Chem® Series CMC acts as an inhibitor to inhibit unwanted mineral particles through adsorption, making them hydrophilic and therefore non-floating, while valuable minerals are adsorbed by reagents called collectors, making them hydrophobic and therefore Can float to the surface via air bubbles.

2. Sodium carboxymethyl cellulose is a regulator in the flotation process, used as a silicate gangue inhibitor, to control lead in the separation of copper and lead, and sometimes as a dispersant for mineral slurries.

Applicable mineral types: Potassium ore, PGM, Copper/nickel Sulfide ore, Gold ore and alkali metal sulfide ore, etc.

4. Sodium Carboxymethyl Cellulose - SCMC is used as pellet forming agent

SCMC is a component of mineral dust molding binder, which is an indispensable part of pellet molding. It improves the performance of wet, dry and calcined pellets. Due to its good bonding performance and pelletizing performance, Rude Chemical CMC has excellent anti-riot performance, high compressive strength and anti-fall performance, and can also improve the grade of pellets.
